Kindly be informed that a Booking Confirmation shall be completed for confirmation of placement with us and the Booking Confirmation shall be subject to :

1. The terms and conditions appended on the reverse side of the Bill of Lading(B/L). A copy will be provided if requested.
2. Kindly forward the shipping instructions (S/I) 3 days before the vessel ETA& confirm the B/L on the same day as the vessel's departure.
3. Only utilise CSCL's security seal.
4. Vessel may be changed from time to time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever,
5. All outstanding charges shall be paid directly to China Shipping (M) Agency Sdn. Bhd.
6. All complaints & claims shall be directed to our Principal, namely China Shipping Container Lines Co. Ltd. (for USA & Canada bound cargo) or China Shipping Container Lines (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. (for all other trades)."
